Wing Repair: How It Works
On major repairs, we'll give a price estimate after a brief inspection. We have worked extensively on almost all types of paragliders, harnesses and powered parachutes, as well as some kites and parasails. Please call the shop at 801-576-6460 or email info@paragliders.com for availability before sending work.
How To Send Your Wing To Us
- Please package your wing in a sturdy box to protect it from the UPS, FedEx and Postal Employees. We highly recommend that you protect your wing from sharp objects that may be used to open the box by putting a piece of cardboard under the box flaps.
- Do include a note in the box, depicting the damage or explaining what you would like done.
- Make sure your full contact info, including your return shipping address, is included on that note.
- If you're thinking about packing your wing with packing peanuts, DO. NOT. Just DON'T. It won't do any more to protect your wing, and our shipping and receiving guy will lose his mind. (He doesn’t have many more breakdowns left before we'll have to commit him.)
- You'll be charged for shipping when we send your wing back to you. When you call, we'll talk about your shipping preferences.
